Wedding Fonts & Crests
The fonts you use throughout your wedding stationery can be completely customised. Take a look at the below options that we can include on your designs.
We can also create a custom wedding logo / crest for your stationery. The colours of the crests can be changed to suit your colour scheme.
Card Types & Texture
We use one type of off white card for all of our small printed items such as save the dates, invitations, RSVP & information cards, table numbers, place names.
The card is called Tintoretto Gesso. (Image 1) Our card is a heavy 300gsm textured card. Tintoretto uncoated cards are made with FSC® Certified, environment-frinedly E.C.F. (Elemental Chlorine Free) pulp and are felt-marked on both sides.
For our moving invitations, we use a heavy 300gsm card called Old Mill. (Image 2)
Old Mill is made with FSC certified, environment-friendly ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free) pulp, felt-marked on both sides.
Our Welcome Signs & Table Plans are printed on foamex rigid hard wearing PVC foamboard which has been compressed to make it strong and durable. The thickness of the board is 3mm.
All items are posted in sturdy cardboard boxes with An Post. We have a tracking number for every order.
Invitation Extras
Adding extra design elements to your wedding stationery really makes your invitations stand out and gets your guests excited for the big day!
Extras can include:
Envelope liners – Add a touch of class to any envelope by adding a personalised envelope liner. These liners add to the presentation of your invitation and can be made to match your invitation design and personalised with initials, colour scheme crest or venue.
Bellybands- Boost the presentation quality of any item with bespoke-printed belly bands. A sealed paper band is a great visual reminder that the item inside is brand new and untouched. We would recommend belly bands for gatefold invitations.
Including your venue- A black and white or colour sketch style image of your wedding venue makes for a beautiful keepsake. Whether it be an image of your wedding venue, the church or a landscape that is significant to you, we can create the perfect sketch style image for your special event. A truly memorable and personal way to set the tone to your guests for your special day. We love seeing how our couples customise their invitations, to reflect their unique wedding theme.
Our most popular wedding invitation style
Our most popular style of wedding invitation is our pull out / moving invitation. This invitation style can feature a bride that moves across the invite to meet her groom, a vehicle moving from one venue to another or across a customised background. The invitation is designed to allow the bride or vehicle to slide across when pulling the detail insert out. The insert card has a border to match the outside design and all necessary details are printed on the insert card.
Envelope Colours
The below envelope colours are the main colours for our unfolded A5 and Folded A5 invitations. If you are interested in a different envelope colour, please let us know and we can look into ordering them in.
Wedding Colour Schemes
Your wedding colours are an important element for your big-day décor. Inspired by your personal preferences and your event’s seasonality and location, the wedding colour palette you choose will help drive the visual components of your day and ensure everything looks on-theme —which is why selecting your colours should be one of the first décor-related decisions you make.
The colour scheme you choose can also then be incorporated into your wedding stationery design. Take a look at some of the colour schemes we have put together which may inspire you for your own big day! Each colour scheme includes some of our own stationery designs.
Wedding Bouquet & Decor Inspiration
We LOVE all things flower and decor at Willow & Robin Studios. Take a look at the below flower and decor inspiration images which might give you some ideas for your own big day.
Some lovely local flower and decor companies that we would recommend are:

Willow & Robin Studios Wedding Checklist
We have created the below wedding checklist to tick off coming up to your big day! We would recommend to do two – three wedding prep tasks every month in the run up to your big day so in the last few weeks you can relax and enjoy the excitement of your wedding.
